Flat shipping rate applies only to the 48 contiguous states (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are excluded from the offer).
City Sports processes orders Monday through Friday, between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm (EST). All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday (if Monday is a holiday, your order will be processed on Tuesday).
We might experience longer processing times during peak season or during special sales (up to 3 business days).
UPS / SurePost shipping usually takes from 1 to 6 business days (see map below), depending upon the distance from our delivery center in NY. Note that if UPS / SurePost shipping option is selected, USPS will be responsible for final delivery.
Note: Shipments can be sent to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses via USPS only.
